PropCap 除了香港以外，日本亦是重點開拓市場。日前，PropCap 團隊在日本拜訪了 Tokyo Metropolitan Government (TMG) 及日本有名地產商Mitsubishi Estate。今次拜訪中，很榮幸得到兩間機構都給予 PropCap支持。

Business Partnership Agreement signed between PropCap and 株式会社プロフィッツ Profitz K.K “Profitz” for the Growing Demand in Japanese Real Estate Investment. Overseas demand of real estate in Japan is expected to recover after the end of Coronavirus. With the gradual recovery of tourism to Japan, investors from Greater China are likely to increase East Asia real estate investment.
